Questions, answered
How long does delivery take?
Steam Cat Brush: depends on where you live – United Kingdom usually 4–9 business days, Sweden usually 12–18 business days. Other countries are shown at checkout.
Nova LED mask: usually 5–12 business days.
If you order both, they may arrive in separate parcels. You get a tracking number by email as soon as each parcel ships.
Will the mist scare my cat?
The mist is very light, but every cat is different. Let your cat get used to it slowly the first few times – start by brushing without mist, then add short bursts. Use clean water only.
Does it work on long-haired cats?
Yes – it works on both short and long coats and helps loosen small tangles. For heavy matting, brush gently and in short sessions.
Is the Nova mask a medical device?
No – it is a beauty device for home use, not a medical treatment, and results vary from person to person. Don't look directly into the lights. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a skin condition, take light-sensitising medication or are sensitive to light, check with your doctor before use.
Can I return my order?
Yes – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, no reason needed. If something arrives damaged, we replace or refund it. Refund policy
How do I pay?
By card or with Klarna, in a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Why cat owners love it
Mist + brush in one
A light water mist calms static, so loose hair is easier to catch – no fur flying around.
Gentle on skin
Curved metal teeth with soft rounded tips loosen tangles and leave the coat soft and fluffy.
Cleans itself
One push releases all the collected hair. No more picking fur out by hand.
How to use
1. Fill the small tank with clean water
2. Press the button for a light mist
3. Brush gently in the direction of the fur
4. Push to release the hair – done
