Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

How to return
Email us at teamglowliftsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of letting us know.

Condition of the item
You're welcome to look at and try the product the way you would in a store. If the product has been handled beyond that, or comes back incomplete or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. Please return the item with all accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product.

Refunds
We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping fee, within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you've sent it). The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged, stops working or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll offer a replacement or a refund and cover the return shipping. Your statutory right to complain about faulty goods under Swedish and EU consumer law is not affected.
