How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product and where you live:
- Nova LED face mask: usually 5–12 business days.
- Steam Cat Brush: United Kingdom usually 4–9 business days, Sweden usually 12–18 business days.
For other countries, the estimate is shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels.
How much does shipping cost?
In Sweden, shipping is free on orders of 499 kr or more; under 499 kr it costs 49 kr. For other countries, the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
Sweden, Norway, the EU and the United Kingdom. If we can't ship to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (kr) in Sweden. If you visit from another country, you see prices and pay in your local currency, such as euros (€) or pounds (£). You can change country at the top of the page. All prices include VAT where applicable.
How can I pay?
By card or with Klarna, in Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number to start a return. See our Refund policy for full details.
What if my product is faulty or damaged?
Email us a photo or short video with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund, and we cover the return shipping.
Using the Steam Cat Brush
How do I use it?
Fill the small tank with clean water, press for a light mist and brush gently in the direction of the fur. Push the button to release the collected hair.
Will the mist scare my cat?
The mist is very light, but every cat is different. Start by brushing without mist, then add short bursts as your cat gets used to it.
Does it work on long-haired cats?
Yes – it works on short and long coats and helps loosen small tangles. For heavy matting, brush gently in short sessions.
Using Nova
How do I use it?
Cleanse and dry your skin, put on Nova, choose a light mode and intensity, and relax for 10–15 minutes. Use it a few times a week and finish with your usual moisturiser. Always follow the included manual.
Is Nova safe for everyone?
Nova is a beauty device for at-home use – not a medical device. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, light sensitivity, take light-sensitising medication, or have a skin or medical condition, talk to your doctor before use. Don't look directly into the lights, and stop if you feel discomfort.
How do I charge it?
Nova is USB rechargeable – the cable is included in the box.
