Changed your mind? Return your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Read the refund policy.
Faulty or damaged? We fix it
If your product arrives damaged or stops working, send us a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund you, and we pay the return shipping. Your rights under Swedish and EU consumer law always apply.
Tracked delivery
Every order ships with a tracking number. Delivery time depends on the product and where you live – the Nova LED mask usually arrives in 5–12 business days; the Steam Cat Brush in 4–9 business days to the UK and 12–18 to Sweden. Free shipping in Sweden on orders over 499 kr. Read the shipping policy.
