You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email teamglowliftsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Send it from the email address you used with us and include your order number if you have one.
- We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. We also ask our service providers to delete it where they hold it for us.
What we have to keep
Order and payment records must be kept for seven years under Swedish accounting law (bokföringslagen). These are kept only for that purpose and deleted when the period ends.
Other choices
- Stop marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our emails.
- Cookies and targeted ads: change your choices on the Your privacy choices page.
- Access or correct your data: email us the same way as above.
